ABOUT RHONA
I founded Samrose Staging & Interiors by amalgamating my two business'; Samrose Property & Samrose Interiors into one company that combines both aspects of my business and passion.
I have a degree in Quantity Surveying & Commercial Management and a Diploma in Interior Design with 20 years experience in the construction and property industries. Through my own property business I have seen changes to the property market in recent years, where, well-staged properties always achieve a higher sale or rental figure than those that aren't and have far less time on the market. Combining that with the interiors company I founded during the pandemic, I now get to share my experience and expertise with estate agents, home owners and developers.
Having recently moved back to South Devon with my husband and 2 children after following my rugby playing husband around the UK & World, I'm excited to settle back into life in the South Hams, where I grew up and use my knowledge and expertise in helping others realise their properties potential.
